Research

Realization of Next-Generation Electronic Devices through Microstructure Control of Wide Gap Semiconductors:

“Mastering the 'Microns (Atomic-Scale Structural Analyses and Control)’ to govern the 'Macros (Quantum Information Communication, Power Networks, etc.)’."
With such a motto, we aspire to drive forward our research and development in the future.
